If you want more details about Direct Payments and you live in Leicestershire you can get these through the Customer Service Centre on 0116 305 0004 or by e-mailing Adultsand CommunitiesCSC@leics.gov.uk. They are open from 08:30 am to 5:00 pm Mon- Friday. They can offer you support to set up a Direct Payment.

If you live in Leicester City Mosaic can help you set up your Direct Payment and can be contacted on 0116 231 8720.

If you live outside of Leicestershire, then contact your local City or County Council for assistance.
