CareOnLine is a Leicestershire County Council project
which has a website packed full of information on care as the
name suggests. On their website you will find information for
people with physical disabilities, mental health problems, sensory
impairments, people with learning difficulties, older people and
their carers. There is also a chatroom on the website called The
Grapevine where adults can go and discuss many topics such
as living with a disability, growing older, Direct Payments and
other topics. If you have any questions on Direct Payments you

UK is a national charity which works with and for people
who are deafblind or have dual sensory impairments. National Centre for Deafblindness, Mosaic Shaping Disabilities are a charity based in Leicester who work tirelessly to create opportunities for disabled people to take part in activities such as: Sailing, Arts and Craft groups, Social groups as well as going ong trips to places of Interest. is a charity, which helps people suffering from anxiety disorders
such as: Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders,
Specific Phobias and Tranquilizer Withdrawal. 93 Brandsfarm Way, RNIB is a charity,
which works with and for blind and partially sighted people. RNIB
provides many services for blind and partially sighted people.
RNIB Customer Services Sense is the
largest charity in the UK which works with people who are deafblind
and have other related disabilities. They also provide a variety
of services for children who have sensory impairments and other
related disabilities and their families. 11-13 Clifton Terrace, Through the Roof
is a Christian charity which works with and for disabled people
in the UK and overseas. Through the Roof works to promote the
inclusion of disabled people in every area of church life and
in society. PO Box 353, Leicestershire Centre for
Integrated Living is an organisation to promote the benefits
of disabled people by providing or encouraging the provision of
services which facilitate independence in daily living activities. National Library for the Blind
